Most facilities we supply are using meaningful monthly volume across one or more chemicals; if your usage is closer to single-pool residential, we're happy to work with you as well.

You share your current supplier's pricing (or your last invoice), the products you're buying, and the approximate volume. We come back with line-by-line AutoChem pricing for the same SKUs, same volume, so the comparison is apples-to-apples. We don't reverse-engineer your contract or pressure you to switch. The whole analysis is delivered within 48 hours of your inquiry.

No. Most of our customers run on monthly delivery with no fixed-term contract. We earn the renewal every cycle by showing up on schedule with the right product. For larger facilities or volume-locked pricing, we'll offer an annual contract if it makes sense for you, but that's an option, not a requirement.

Yes, for everything we supply. Safety Data Sheets come standard with the first delivery and are kept current with any product reformulation. We also provide delivery logs and certificates of analysis. Compliance ownership remains with your facility; our role is to give your auditors and procurement team the documents they need, on request and on time. If your auditor needs something specific, we work directly with them.

Standard delivery is on a recurring schedule we set with you during onboarding: weekly, bi-weekly, or on call, depending on consumption. Schedule changes (extra delivery, holiday week shift, seasonal scale-up) are handled by your account contact directly; there's no central queue to wait in. New customers typically receive their first delivery within one week of signing.

Your account contact is one person, always reachable. That's the whole model. Emergency top-ups are available; we keep a working inventory specifically so we can move on short notice when something unusual happens. Delivery issues are escalated to the account team the same day, with a path to resolution by the next scheduled delivery at the latest.

We supply the full range of bulk pool and facility chemicals: cal-hypo, tri-chlor, di-chlor, liquid chlorine, muriatic acid, pH balancers, stabilisers, algaecides, and specialty chemicals. We also handle bulk water delivery for facilities that need it. If your facility uses a specific brand or formulation we don't normally stock, tell us during the analysis call and we'll usually source it.
