Wellness as a property amenity.
The outdoor sauna is one of the few additions that genuinely extends the usable season of a Hamptons property. Pools work May through October, a bit longer if heated. A sauna works year-round, in any weather, and shifts how the property gets used from November through April. That's a category of value that didn't exist on this island five years ago.
Why Wellhouse.
We evaluated every outdoor sauna brand operating in North America before settling on Wellhouse as our exclusive partner on Long Island. The build quality, the engineering for Canadian winters, and the customization options across exterior and interior finishes were what tipped the decision. The materials hold up to East End weather in a way that the lower-tier alternatives don't.

Adding it to an existing relationship.
For existing Tortorella maintenance clients, adding a sauna is a one-conversation decision. The same account manager handles assessment, install, and post-install support. For new clients, the sauna can be the start of the relationship, and it often is, especially in households where the pool is already in good hands elsewhere.
